Can someone tell me how to get the soaring skill for my pegasus mount? It won't fly at the moment...

I still think it's worth the 50m over time. It's my only vertical movement on my bucc.
You need to talk to chief tatamo he will give u a quest for the Soaring skill where you need to pay 50m and so some quests
