Yes they do but there is a quest in El bath for like level 70 and after you do it you can be all cures for like 100 mesos each. Normal zak is also good because you get extremely good exp for level 90-->120 just from the arms
Do holy waters get rid of the spell cancel?

if you want zhelm just do easy zak. IMO tons of better hats out there now so really zhelm just for novality use.
Do both zakums drop Zhelm or just normal?
optional. and do normal zakum, way more exp and not that hard. if anything, just kill the arms for good exp, still better than killing ezak. to get eye of fire, just ask adobis for it.
