No +9 dex worth it. I say around 600-650
Edit: now I don't know the price well but I know 9% luk ear Is about 550-600. +9 dex sounds pretty good to me considering it's mainly for dexless/low dex sin.

i wouldnt buy that i dont think its worth it might as well buy a unscrolled rex with 9% luk nd scroll it myself with the money saved cuz im pretty sure 9% luk red rex doesnt cost 1bil
