what to buy for hermit
so i got 1.5bil and 100k nx to spend.... i haven't played for half a year... i ahve no equips

You're fine. A Zhelm/Ravana/Targa/Scar for the 15-19DEX Clean. A MoN for 5DEX. Your shoes can give you some. 4 Zombie Rings give you 4DEX. A Belt gives lets say 5. This gives between 99-103 DEX. You're still missing some DEX to be able to use a decent Claw like a Craven or even the pirate equips for the 20DEX.
But overall, with 1.5b, you can't really get a lot out of it. Your gloves, stars and claw takes a whole chunk out of it.

Why would you reduce DEX when it's mandatory to have it after Big Bang for monster attack mastery.
