Reverse Dual Blade Mask availability

It says Aug. 5th - 18th but searching for other threads I found that people have been getting the Reverse Mask before this event?
Does that mean that the mask is permanently available? Or is it just an event that returned from the past and is available for a limited time?

Just to clear things up, I'm not asking if the mask expires. I'm asking if I can still get it from kerning gach say in like 1-2months from now?
