Im with you in that should not matter whatever your range is and that what should matter is your dmg with the skill you choose to attack her , but as we all know this game is full of glitches and weird stuff and "rules and requirements" nexon make, maybe shes right maybe its something else , I did saw her kbing her with mille and after buffing not kbing and she said it was cuz of that

from Nexon isnt hard to believe that stuff like this really happends.

I know it doesnt matter anymore since no1 can kb her anymore but , the 400k range thing came from a friend who had this issue, she said that if she fully buffed and her range got over 400k she could not kb her , but when she wasnt fully buffed with her range under the 400ks she was able to

The idea is to have mille hit around 800k while carte noire hits max. The alternation between hitting max and not hitting max puts her in a permanent kb state. Thats why some phantoms take off gear to lower their mille damage. But this isn't possible anymore so who cares
