do all the HOH mobs have 35% PDR ?

so they reduce my damage by 35% if my ignore is 0%?

qq. thread starter uses the correct terms then gets derailed almost immediately
@daringwaffle not quite sure what you mean...but it's never additive anymore whatever you meant.
Yes, having 100% PDR means that you will ignore the damage reduction stemming from defense only. This does not account for elemental resistance, where your damage is cut in half on some bosses. Physical is considered to be an element I suppose.

@UAPaladin, this is true for most skills. There are the few which are the exception such as Dual Blade's asura.

To ignore 100% defense, you need at least one source of 100% ignore defense. Sources of PDR are also not additive if they come from the same equip, such as a sword with a 30% ignore potential line and a 15% PDR nebulite.
do you think its additive if its from your total def ignore, and a debuff? I know phantoms are getting 20% defense decrease debuff soon, im hoping its more useful than like 5% actual pdr
Since we are at it, does having 100% pdr means that I'll ignore the 100% of that 35% dmg reduccion? (making my dmg hit them on a 100% potential)
Theoretically yes, but it is impossible to actually have 100% PDR due to PDR being multiplicative, though they might round it up to 100% if you're close enough

if their pdr is 35%, then yes, they reduce your damage by 35% if you have no pdr ignore
