If I put 3 hayatos level 101 on each character card deck can I get 18% min crit
Not all in 1 deck but 3 separate decks
Also can I do the same for angelic buster and will the dex stack with my potential?

No, you can't have more than 1 card, not even in different decks.
EDIT: This is what happens if you try to add more than 1 card of the same type http://i.imgur.com/viMTGMj.png and that card was on another deck.

Yes, I believe they stack with each other, but not 100% sure.
Also, wouldn't it be better to put them in the same deck?
(3 S Card Bonus, +3 Sengoku class Bonus (does that exist?))
nope, I believe you can't have more than 1..
If thats possible, then I'll rebuild my character cards to have 3 kaiser / xenons /mech or something like that f3..
