You can record the run, and replay during the rest stages and write it down from there, or you can just take mental notes or write it down as you go.

Used to use Notepad and type in the needed info
Now I just record a playthrough then watch the video

8F: How many did you kill
9F: How many times did you have to go back to the beginning because you guessed incorrectly? // Which platform on the xth stage down was the correct choice?

13F: How many of White Thorny Bear/Green Flower Cow did you kill? (15+ random at last wave)

2F has been changed so the answer is "No" instead of "No."
23F is still glitched and last card does not work unless it was Violet and using Violet to trick any seal does not work for that respective question

Ryude's sword is confirmed rank 2 and rank 1 boxes only
