Call of duty modern warfare 2 and montages.

So I decided to make [url=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wYXOGJ_Y9cI]montages[/url] in Cod Mw2 because I'm bored.
Lets face it. The quality sucks bawlz .

I can only record half-screen 30 FPS at 12xx - 8xx in Cod mw2 w/o getting laggy.
- I just want 12xx - 8xx full-screen 30 to 60 FPS with Wegame, fraps or x-Fire

So I want to upgrade my computer so I can make montages with nice quality.

specs:
Geforce n460GTX hawk edition.
3 GB ram
AMD Phenom(tm) II x4 810 processor 2.60 GHZ

So what should I trash and upgrade?

- Sorry for my bad english :-).

PS: First time I use vegas so don't expect anything big from the montage and it's only from 2 matches in Scrapyard
