Its 2% miss per level now. And yes, im certain that they are 110-113. If you dont believe me, i guess someone else could answer you too.

A party of 2 is good, especially if you are going to share the party ticket costs and have an available hs mule.

I suggest you going to skeles instead of kentaurus though. The skeles PMD has skelegon and skelesaurus that are level 110 and 113 respectively but they give way more exp and they do extremely low damage for some reason. Also the spawn is way better and they have only 85 and 90k hp respectively which isnt a lot.

Is there a specific platform where the Blue Kents are, or is it a "I hope I get lucky and don't encounter that many 118's". Not just that, but would it be worth it to go in with two people at the same time?

Inside kentaurus PMD , Black kentaurus are level 88(pre bigbang stats) but blue and red ones are 118(bigbang stats).

Killing black ones at 88 should be piece of cake, but the 118 ones wont be that easy, since you have 60% miss rate, they have arround 4 times more hp, do more damage and have higher defense.

On previous PMD all the kents where level 88 but for some reason they mixed this time.

They are at Leafre. I dont remember the exact map name where its situated so i suggest you to try searching on that town world map area

What are Kentaurus and where do you find those?

Some of the kentaurus inside PMD are level 118, so i wouldnt suggest you going there unless you are well funded.
