About Chaos patch (items)
With the new lvl 140 items will there be new tiers and will the level for the certain tiers change?
like would a lvl 85 cape still be considered tier 3 or go down to tier 2?
i wonder because, i have heard from some about this

i heard that they're actually moving the level range for tier four up.
um, from what i understand it seems that lvl71-200 items are all in the same tier now. So 3%,6%,9% is the highest after chaos not 4%,8,12%. As for what happens to the items that already have 4th tier stats on them, no one can say since kms doesn't have lvl121+ stuff if i'm not mistaken.
Every items would be the same and they will add some new items(i think)
