About the Medal of Honor items
If there's already a thread about this, then apologies in advance.
I've heard nothing about them until the last maintenance when the notes said that they were now dropping. I'm unsure, so I want to ask about these medals that have been dropping. Are these items dropping because of an event or are they permanent addition to the game?

Yes, it can get downgraded. Unless you get Legendary then you have to use Miracle Circulators

My honor level just went from 29->30 and i got 11 circulators o_o

My main is level 200 with a level 45(?) Honour. Whenever I use medals I get 4 circulators everytime I get 20% honour exp. So 20/level. However that takes me close to around 50 circulators...

You get circulators when you use a medal of honor and your honor level goes up. Check the lower area of your stats box to see your level and exp/percentage. Basicly, these medals give honour experience. every time your honour "levels up", you gain a few circulators that can be used on your inner potential (check the bottom of your stats window to see them... you might need to talk to the Maple Admin NPC to set the 3 slots up). The circulators randomly change the inner potential slots on your character and can either be something worse than you had or better.
Right now, I have a character who's inner potential gave him a boost of 30 STR and a 2% chance to instantly kill normal monsters (among a couple other, relatively useless stat bonuses).
