Changes related to Pin Reset and Security Questions

Are they serious?
I might be the only one here but, I think the system is weak enough as it is.
If any changes should be made to the the security policys at NEXON it should be to ENHANCE them, not make em worse...

What's your view on this change ?
would be better if u could attach your account to your european personality number from your ID card
That's a good idea, but it's not allowed in most countries.
Its not a noticeable change, since it was posible to get the secret answer and question from the same page where you changed your password anyways(or at least it was last time i changed password).

Anyways it doesnt look a good change at all, hopefully they will enhace this on future.
It might be insignificant, but to take a step back instead of forward just riddles my thoughts about if they even care anymore?, i actually recently joined back Maplestory after a 4 year break, and NOTHING have changed in terms of security since then (eMS, i understand you gMS people got an addition to the PIN system?)

Some small changes that i would add could be like... They could add a Hardware token (Like the WoW authenticator)
Allow the password to be longer then 12 chars and allow it to contain special chars.
Use IP surveilance, so if some dude from Korea trys to access my account i would get notifyed about it somehow, and / or the account locked till i took further security steps, such as changing my password.

I think they should have made the decision to make 2 pins which are different or a security password which you only know.
