3% attack or damage better?

So which is a better potential? 3% attack or 3% damage? or 6% of each w/e. Also, 3% attack goes to the damage range, then what does 3% damage go to?
Yeah but that was only an example... You could have 200 attack in which +3% attack would be better than +3% damage if damage was 100.
of course, but having 200 w.atk doesn't allow you to 100's, lol.

it really all depends on your level in my opinion, because 3% att would be better on a higher level character rather than a low one.

you're right.
but 3% attack doesn't change a lot, assuming you have under 100 total w.atk.

it helps a bit.. i got % attack on my dagger and katara and boosts my attack range significantly
Yeah, mainly because say: 130att dagger + 70att dagger = 3% of 200, which is 6watt. But 3% is kind of insignificant, and should go for over 9% attack, since total damage doesn't stack.
if you do 100 damage, and get 15% total damage, you do 115.
if you do 100 damage, and get 15% attack, the new range is based off of your total amount of attack from blessing, weapon, rings and so on.

% attack is visible on your damage range, because it's kind of a permanent buff.
Would have been better if you put it like this...

100 DAMAGE + 3% damage = 103
or
100 ATTACK + 3% attack = 103.

Or at least thats the way i see it...

Thats what i thought, but many ppl are saying its all ur equips together, which adds up to the damage range, thats y the range is red.
nope.
%atk is gathered from your total attack from weapon, rings, accessories, etc. etc.
% total damage is your damage output + amount of %.
isn't att the "attack" on your ability(dmg range).
