Heavens door not working?

I've died two times since the last patch and I'm completly positive that I had the Heaven's door buff on, but I couldn't resurrect in the map, or was this becaus of the maps I died on?, once I was at dojo and the other I was on the lab, in the pigs with a lot of HP section, so yeah, can't you revive in these maps or HD ress is failing?
I have been told so many different things about heaven's door, one that it is an auto resurrect thing when you die, which doesn't happen to me (at Hall of Honor) two, that it prevents loss of exp on death, also not true. Protects you from one death.

Here's what it does:
Once the Bishop uses the skill, the user and his/her party gets a buff.
The buff stays until you either:
[*] Cancel it yourself
[*] Log out
[*] Die

If your HP hits 0, the buff CANCELS, you HP goes back to 100%, and you don't lose any EXP as a result.
THATS what the buff does.
Literaly saves you from one death.
I've heard about some map and cases in which the buff can't save you, but in HoH is always saves people in my party.
Angelic Busters love this bufffff ^__^

I've no idea if it got broken at some point where I didn't realize, but when I tried it worked for me. Maybe you just didn't notice it, it doesn't have an animation and I never distinguished any special sound when the death prevent effect happens, it just fills your HP completely when it reaches 0 without letting you die. If you were attacking a monster during DR maybe you didn't notice and attacked it twice and died. That has happened to me.
That only applies to angels. Hence, fallen angels. They are also called arch angels. One example is arch angel Lucifer.
Lucifer was a Seraphim, and fallen angels were the ones that decided to follow him when he revealed to God.

fallen angels are NOT archangels. ex: Michael and Gabriel are both considered archangels, but they are nowhere near being fallen angels

Don't rely on Soul Stone too much. Our skill breaks a lot.

Because you would notice when it turns off.
I think an aura surrounding you while Heaven's door buff is active would be pretty useful +cool looking.
There is too much "aura" animations already

I rather have a visible animation like light shining down ur character or something
for a brief moment when u get healed by heavens gate..... Just something that can catch ur eye
and let you know the buff was used up.
It would help to determine which party member needs a recast of heavens door too.
I've tried this out on multiple bosses multiple times, if I die b/c of dr the Heaven's Door buff will still be on my character.

wheras if I 'die' from non dr, the buff disappears and instantly takes me back to buff hp. It doesn't restore any mana so you'll have to be quick about spamming your pots if you have zero mana b/c magic guard isn't going to save you ;p
It seems to work fine for me with against DR and all.....
My main issue is that I sometimes attack again <_< because I didn't notice the dr.

I have seen players survived DR because of the heavens door buff on, (on other players it looks like they took the DR damage but their hp doesn't move)

The issue is that it's not very noticeable when the buff is removed. I am not sure about dojo, but I have seen it worked in evol world against the DR from shadow empress and It has saved me a few times in evol world when I wasn't paying attention to my mp.
Ok say empress has DR on and I Have HD on. If I hit her with AR . Does that count as 1 Hit? Or the number of time that hits her (4 or 5) ?
One hit only

At least works against Seduce... Anyone tryed it? I wanted to know if you die by Seduce and HD ress you, the Seduce effect will disapear, or you will still be in Seduce mode..

it works for me O_o
On some maps it won't work because it would be unfair.
But yea - if you have the buff - it will save you from ONE death.

It's just as a few people above said it heals you fully once you die. Most of the time I don't even notice it if I die, but I do notice the icon disappearing.

It works for me, saves me all the time at Dimension invasion PQ

Works fine.
It's similar to phantom's self-reviving skill in that you avoid death altogether, as opposed to soul stone where you die and have the option of being revived.

It works in the dimensional invasion Pq. I should have died from damage reflect but I didn't.

Yeah, evolution lab, forgot the name. Also, I don't wanna die somewhere else just to test this, I'm lvl 196, that's a lot of exp.

Dojo, no. Because it would just be unfair. And lab as in Evolution lab?
