you can have offline sign up mules if you have another account over lvl 50 add them to your own party
be 13x and hog the altar like crazy

It's supposed to be 50 minutes according to the [url=http://maplestory.nexon.net/News/News.aspx?boardNo=103&contentNo=00BBw&pageIndex=1]update notes[/url], but I haven't been in there since Aftershock.
A guildie of mine said that they didn't even add the timer yet and that channel 7 is still unavailable to Zak on. That was days ago, though.

ask a friend to start an expedition and login with mules and add them.
You make an expodition of 6
they don't have to be there just in your expidition then you go in by yourself
