Make two NPCs - Bob and Sam. They both stand outside of Pap's room. Sam sells an unlimited amount of cracks for x amount of mesos. Bob is a gatekeeper. He only lets a party/person in per channel. That eliminates people entering your room/you entering other people's rooms. Lastly, make a timer of twenty minutes - to give time to the fresh 120s to kill Pap, yet kick out anyone that AFKs.
Unfortunately, Nexon has proven time and time again that they aren't the best problem solvers.
@JulienL: haha u still need to drop it because the story line is you need to fix the crack in the wall.. but u still gonna come up that the NPC will fix the crack for us right? so yea lets just hope nexon fix that one in any way they can. Either putting new rules or keep and fix the old one.
haha i know what you mean, i'm just messing But then again if nexon do that, the quest story line would be invalid now because the story involve about that piece of Crack.

Simple solution.
