Nexon Live chat. Worst service in the history of ever

After frequent disconnects and waiting over 4 hours to get connected, I am met with this conversation.

[08:37 PM] Nicholas ***: Hello, you closed the chat beforehand before I could respond. I was wondering as if you know a timeline when I could get the issue of the deleted items looked into? Its essentially impossible for me to play with all my items missing...
[08:38 PM] GM Ranolda: We are not able to provide with a time unfortunately
[08:39 PM] GM Ranolda: Just be patient with us as we are working to resolve this issue
[08:39 PM] Nicholas ***: Do you know if will be even possible to retrieve the items?
[08:39 PM] Nicholas ***: Because I put a lot of work and money into them and I don't know how I can continue if they never will return

[08:42 PM] Nicholas ***: I'm not asking for a time, I just want to know if this will even be possible to get back the items if they were obtained legitimately. I see no point in continuing to play if all the hard work I put into this game is gone permanently.

[08:45 PM] Nicholas ***: Last time it took 6 months for my ticket to be responded to. Do you know if this will take a similar length of time? Because even you guys must admit waiting 6 months to find out if you can be helped is exceptionally long.

[08:48 PM] Nicholas ***: This whole ordeal is pretty frustrating as you may imagine. I spent over $200 in NX on those items. To see it disappear like that is very disheartening.

@DevotedHate: changed my post but yeah i guess so. but i dont think they really hate the guy or anything they probably just dont have enough compelling evidence motivate quicker action. haha i guess at most they probably just cant really care.

Waited 3 and a half hours to get them to even connect to me as the "7th" person on the waiting list, only for me to have 0 notification that I actually connected, making them leave because I had no clue I was connected.

i'm sure though they are trying their best to separate out legit and illegit items in a fair way as possible.

Well what did you expect them to say?
You kept repeating the same question essentially as to when you'll get your items back and they provided you with the same answer.

The GMs that I've met in game aren't even able to spell simple words correctly.. this seems more automated.
