Yes he is, if you dont turn in the quest. After you kill him, open Quest tab and forfeit quest. Then talk to princess again to resummon. when the timer is nearly out just walk to the portal to the left then reenter than room.

I suggest just going to places everyone suggests 10 levels earlier e.g jesters at 45

All right, at 40, go back to the mushroom kingdom and you know the pepe boss fight kep doign that over and over, i got to 64 on my Nw in a hour on 2x.

I dont even know WHY people dont like jesters. Heres my training build that I've been posting everywhere.

1-30: Self Explanatory
30-45: Mush kingdom, then do king pepe all the way till 45, and turn in all your finished quests, should get you above 45 hopefully. You can stay here till 50 if you want.
45-50: CD's. Better exp than King pepe, very very good if you have lightning bolt.
50-55: Ludi PQ. About 85% per PQ I would say, but gets extremely boring and repetitive. If you want, you can stay here till 60 but I'd highly suggest you don't.
55-80: Jesters.

Explanation for Jesters: Yup new line for explaning this. Yes, I'm telling you to go to jesters despite the thread. There are tons of Ksers, highly populated, so people assume its better exp somewhere else. Its not. At level 55, all you have to do is go in there, start spam attacking a big mob. Ksers will come and kill it, and you'll get anywhere between 500-1k exp each kill. WAY faster than anything else. As you level, you'll do more and more damage, thus giving you more exp per kill, thus leveling even faster. Sooner or later, you'll be in the 6x's. Once your there, you can start killing mobs on your own fairly quickly, and you'll be on your way to 70 in no time. Once your 70. your the top dog there, you should have no problem getting to 80 there.

80-90:
Romeo and Juliet PQ. Every party now does grinds there, the trick is to use the party function (Press O), and apply to a party that has the same level range as you, or up to 5-7 levels higher. The higher the party level = the higher the mob level = the higher the exp per kill. I did this PQ to 120 without going to Aliens ONCE on my Jett.
For Jetts: Stand in the mid platform and just stand still and hold sollar array, you hit multiple mobs at once, super super easy exp.

Netts Pyramid: At 80, you should be able to start killing netts pyramid stuff a bit easier now, and get into parties a bit faster as well.

Any other PQ: Everything gives pretty good exp. The key is not to bore yourself. Just alternate between PQs, and go to mp3/jesters occasionally to rake up a few levels.

90-120: Aliens. Heres the trick though. DONT GO TO CORRIDOR 6! I'm in bera, and unless your not playing in a populated world, do NOT go to corridor 6. Go a few maps back, and you'll find even in populated servers like bera, there is NO ONE there in corridor 2-4. All of those maps have pretty good number of mobs, of course its less than 6, but you will not get ksed. So because of no ksers, you'll actually end up killing more stuff in this channel than corridor 6. The only map you prob should not go on is corridor 5. Some people are usually there, but the mob count isn't even that much different.

I've tried that in Bera, which is a pretty populated world, and had no problems, so every other world but SCANIA can do this.

110-170: LHC: Don't ask for a training guide for this. The answer is simple. LHC. There are no better spots to grind. At aliens, if you want to test your luck and get a party at 110 at LHC, go for it. Otherwise keep going till 170

170-200: Strong Hold. Done. Congratz, your level 200
