Pdr Post Red

I've tried doing a few experiments of my own to figure out how things are affected, but I'd like some other peoples' input on my question.
Is threaten (30% or 50% depending on whether or not you have the hyper) still a skill worth using on bosses if you are solo-ing it (taking into account we have void elemental post RED)?

They don't affect the same thing...Void elemental allows us to ignore the 50% dmg reduction that certain bosses have. It does not help us when it comes to pdr which is entirely different.
Other than the chaos type bosses, there seems to be little (if any) damage difference between non threatened/threatened bosses like hilla or dimpq bosses/subbosses (in other words non massive resist bosses), so yes, it is quite a valid question.
What are you talking about? My damage goes from 650k to 800k when I threaten Hilla o.o. I'd say that's a pretty decent damage boost

Threaten - Enhance's PDR doesn't stack additively with Threaten. It's treated as a separate (20%) source.

I don't see why you wouldn't want to use Threaten in conjunction with Void Elemental considering one lowers the enemy's PDR, and the other lowers the enemy's Physical Resistance.

A little difference adds up to a lot in the long run.
That is not even a question, friend. Threaten is way too good to pass over, void-elemental or not.
Bosses have that big physical resistance on them, hitting up the Pally's signature skill gives you a much higher damage output without needing the extra pdr in equips like other classes.
