Looks like maple brought back the old Halloween
Well kinda... Guess they heard all the hate they got last year for changing it for the worse and is bring back the frogs and cats, the witch coins and her weird stuff.

Yeah... I encountered one a month after i started the game... Took me and 2 other friends ( We were around lv60 without efficient funding) Like an hour to kill.
I dumped all my witch coins before they posted about 1.20. ._.
