A new World and a new class

Okay, so I didn't really know what section to put this in, since it's kind of 2 sections in 1 thread, so I figured I'll just put it here. No responses means it's going into General Section.
First of all, I was thinking of making a new class, and since I have no more character slots (and I'm not giving Nexon money for one), I figured I'd just get away from Scania for a bit.
First part, which is related to Warriors.
Are DrKs a good class to make unfunded (not like I'd be funded in Scania, but yeah)? Like, I understand some of their mastery books are pretty expensive, and a end-game spear/polearm would be expensive (lol, I probably won't even make it up to there), but it's one of the few classes left that I haven't tried (the other ones being WH, DB, Mech (I got it to level 30 and got bored, so I can't really say I tried it), MM and Evan (I have a crossbow and Evan at level 50, so yeah... can't really say I've tried them... I'll get around to them)), so I was just wondering. Main inspiration for this class for me, is basically Fairfrozen, being the sexiest weapon in the game, and spears as a whole being the overall sexiest weapon in the game (yeah, just the weapon, not the class that uses it (no offence to any DrKs out there)).
Next part, is obviously about a "new World", i.e. one that isn't Scania. I want one that is pretty populated (not heavily), such that I can be on at awkward times and still be able to find people, but not so many people that I'm going to lag (yeah, I'm probably one of the few people that actually doesn't mind Scania being overpopulated, until it comes to those proface server crashes). I'd make this a poll if I had any idea of what worlds I wanted to join.
