Nexon live chat

I opened a live chat thing for a certain issue at around 1:10 pm est, and I was 23rd in line. At around 2:00 pm est, GM Ranolda asks "Hello Gamer, how can I help you?"
I respond to her, typing whatever I needed to say, but she hasn't responded. It's been around 30 MINUTES, and she hasn't typed a single word yet.
What's the deal here? Did she just leave or something? Aren't GM's supposed to help you once they type "Hello Gamer......"

Well... If i remember correctly, there's a 1 hour time frame that they would speak with you about bans during Wednesdays. If you've already waited 50 mins to talk to the GM, and then 30 mins for a reply, chances are you're going to get the same stupid generic message they just copy and paste for bans instead of actually helping you with your problem.

Back when there was falsely attributed hellbans, I was 1st in line 2 weeks after the hellban was put in place (note that this was the first day I've seen them on during their proposed times). I had to wait around 45 minutes to finally talk to them. When I told them I was falsely accused and was put on hellban and that it was extremely annoying and difficult, all they said was come back on Wednesday during their proposed times because it was the ONLY time they were going to talk to you about bans... Without even waiting for a secondary reply or confirmation, or asking if there was anything else they could help with, the GM left the chat immediately after...

LiveChat system isn't supposed to be like this. That's utter trash.
