How does booster work?
We all know that it speeds up attack speed, but my question is: by how much? (For ex, if you have a skill with 1000ms (1 second) delay, how much LESS delay does it have with booster activated?) 20% delay reduction seems to pop into my head but I can't be sure.

Use a recording program. Then watch it frame by frame and do the math.
