3x doesn't stack with 2x event

3x non-consumable, 2x consumable, and 2x event should stack, unless the 3x has some sort of exception.

I think I remember hearing that they didn't stack
so i can use the 3exp from my marevl the 2exp from hot time and the event today to get a total of 12x?
So long as it's not a consumable, yes.
