You can do v2, but emp will be tough

You can def do V2. Now about emp, you might be able to, if you can get a lot of buffs before hand

and how much your nx costed.
and how many billions you still have left in your pocket.

there's really no reason to ever solo since it has instanced drops, but assuming you can time dr well I'd think you could solo it.

You could probably do V2 but not empress
