Swallowed My Guitar Pick Please Help

So I accidentally swallowed my guitar pick and I'm not sure what to do. Will it dissolve in my stomach or something or do I need to go to the hospital?

Lol, I also put my guitar pick between my lips when I'm switching off between fingerpicking and using a pick but.. how. I don't even wut.. Wtf lol, picks are relatively wide.. I don't see how it'd slip down your throat without you having an opportunity to cough it back up. But, OT: I wouldn't worry about it too much. Tbh I think it might just come out the other end..

I don't know whether or not it will dissolve, but you may want to make sure you do pass it.
You want to make sure it doesn't get stuck somewhere, like your intestines. That would be a big problem.

It'll be fine, it'll probably dissolve. I swallow gum all the time (don't misread that) and it always turns out fine.

@ImANoob: I have a habit of putting my guitar pick between my lips and when I went to put it there I accidentally squeezed it and popped right down my throat.

I'm more interested on how you " accidentally" swallowed your guitar pick?

Eat apples or plums, it will help you poop.
