11 potion and Ua
is it safe to use with a lvl 50 UA? I heard they can mess up your sp if you do them without job advancing (says so in the notes but isnt very clear) and if i use it at lvl 50 it will no bout raise me beyond 70...so does anyone know if it is ok to use?

yea he was right.. you go lvl by level so u can get to 70..adv and then continue

It's true. So just get to lvl 70 adv, then use the rest.
