Pretty sure almost everyone over level 150 does have Fafnir. Most people have a Tyrant cape as well.

Survivability is kind of moot when all worthwhile bosses do 1hko attacks. The only useful ones are "extra life" and invincibility type skills. I don't know what your definition of utility is, but I don't see how it influences bossing more than dps.

You also vastly underestimate the number of people who cap in MS. I would put the number closer to 1/10 overall, and in terms of people I play with it's actually more like 2/3.

I remember Kaiser, I/L, and Demons having mediocre damage, though Kaisers have nice HPS. Evans have terrible HPS. Everything else I agree with.

Luminous/Ice Lightnings are more or less equal when it comes to bossing, in my experience. Both have similar skills/damage, however Luminous still has the edge.
