Back thens, Nightwalkers were so flashy and OP then Hermits, now...IDK?
Although, I'd still choose a nightlord over a NW. Explorer Jobs ftw

Those who love the class will stay. The only thing I'm not fond of is the increased prices on claws

Well, currently NL, but after the revamp for NW. Hands down Night Walker would win

Pretty sure most ppl who have a NL will try NW then to stay is up to them. But as of right now NW are better.

if you're a heavy bosser with lots to invest i'd go with NW, they just have alot more potential to offer in terms of suvivability, ignoring resists, a back dash, double jump up, bind, res skill, most likely comprable dps, etc
but NLs still have great utility with skills like frailty curse slowing bosses and %exp and drop from showdown
Can you link me to the patch notes of that please? all i have been able to find is their revamp so it seems illogical to give them a revamp and then a nerf immediately after
Shadow Bat Shadow Bat: SP isn't used (?). Increased Mastery level and damage.
Rapid Evasion Rapid Evasion: SP isn't used (?)
Dark Sight Dark Sight: Increased Mastery level
2nd Job

Bat Communion Bat Communion: Mastery level increased. Damage increased due to it.
3rd Job
Darkness Ascension Darkness Ascension: Cooldown adjusted
Bat Communion II Bat Communion II: Damage adjusted
4th Job

Hyper Skill
Quintuple Throw - Bonus Attack Quintuple Throw - Bonus Attack: Hyper skill changed to be Critical Rate bonus instead.

in the new kmst update.

ON TOPIC:
I'd still pic NW over NL because they have a ridiculous amount of sustain when bossing. Despite their bossing efficiency being reduced because of this update, they still have a lot of life steal, a res and a bind. Im pretty sure they will still have a better dps output than NLs as well.

@qwertyman362: Check it out on YouTube, its basically 3 stars then one larger star. But the bigger issue is how their shadow partner works. Its got some pros and cons for sure. It would be very annoying in a boss fight until you either learn how to use it flawlessly (if possible) or nexon adjusts it just right.

even with the nerf, nw's dps will be above nls. Also with the new shadow clone like all classes you just have to adjust to it
NW just got a nerf in KMST: no more hexa throw hyper and less than half damage on the bats now .

I still prefer NW though because of ignore resist, passive drain on bats, vertical jump, and the back dash. The new style shadow partner is awesome too.
NW gets Quin throw w/o hyper (so 6 with hyper) and I think that's pretty rocking
NightWalker isn't getting quad throw, they're getting a different style last job throw. Also they have a different shadow partner that might become annoying in a boss battle. It faces the wrong way, etc.
What is their last job throw going to be like?
