Scrolling Cra
The two choices are the 90% gollux scrolls that give +1 wep atk but destroy armor on fail and CoGs which cost a fortune and that I have none of. Chaos scrolls are pretty much out of the question as I can't spend 100k on return scrolls and I've basically lost trust in them over time (removed all wep atk every time I used it). If I decide not to use gollux scrolls, I'll have to hope that Nexon decides to give a ton of CoGs away in future events which probably won't happen either. But if I do choose to just gollux scroll my stuff, there's always that chance that the armor will blow up costing me 700mil. Is there a good and cheap way to scroll all my CRA armor and end up with decent stats?

I meant the success rate of gollux scrolls, lucky day scrolls can be applied to just about anything so that point is kind of invalid. Only time the scroll doesn't get used up is when a scroll can achieve 100% on its own such as the first aee scroll and 100% potential scrolls. I'm not sure if the lucky day scrolls fix was applied, but from my understanding it still disappears when applying regular ee's and potential scrolls which is a glitch because it's also known it does not affect those.
I have no intent to judge the credibility of other basilers or maplers but when it comes to scrolling I like to push out the correct information.
I can confirm lucky days scrolls work with Gollux Scrolls, I used a lucky day scroll on the Gollux ring, and you would see the 4 leaf clover on the bottom left. After I went to scroll the ring and the clover disappeared. If the lucky day scroll didn't work with the Gollux scroll, the clover would still be there. same concept applies to when you use a protection or guardian scroll. It either won't let you use the scroll or the effect doesn't disappear on use.
Stick with gollux scrolls because the probability that you will get higher stats at the end using cogs is not in the best of odds, not saying that it is not possible. Also like the above comment mentioned diligence, add lucky day scrolls to that too, do not affect gollux scrolls. Personally I would use the scrolls in cash shop when scrolling things as such, which in most cases I do when I have extra cash but it's usually up to the users choice.
Diligence does not work on special scrolls so it probably does not work on gollux. I would probably be patient and wait for CoG service/events since gaining some stats is important as well as atk.

OT: I haven't blown anything up with the 90% Gollux Scrolls yet, and I have level 100 Diligence.
If diligence did work on gollux occult, it would only be 99% because the 10% is not additive, but multiplicative, so it's 90% + 10% of 90% = 90% + 9% = 99%

well if u got some red coin you can buy some chaos from it
CoG service is around 90m for a regular scroll and 180m for the better one. If you're lucky, you can a piece for about 1b!

The RA set already has att on it, so you just need to chaos it to increase it

Level 100 diligence should make the gollux scrolls have a 100% success rate. I've used a bunch and haven't blown anything up yet.
Wait for an event that hands out cog's instead
