Cheapest 9 Percent Equips?
I read many of the awesome posts that Basilers have written, and have found out that it is better to have a ratio of Matt: %Int (rather than M. Att alone).
So my question is, what are the cheapest 9 Percent Int Equips next to earrings? I want to start saving up for some =]

I believe belts should be the next cheapest 9% int item. At this point in the game though, you care more about what the potential is on than what the potential itself is, since you just recube that until you like it.
Maybe rings or boots, it is hard to find them as people just cube their own.
