Um Is Bkb Unchanged?
In the update notes there's is no mention of a change to BKB. Does this mean there's still no cool down or was it a mistake?

They are toying with us, because they know most if not all of us BaM hated the added CD to BKB.

Nexon omits a few things from skill changes sometimes.
RED update notes did that once.

It's Nexon - just assume it's there until confirmed not to be, and even then until at least a month has gone by where they haven't stated that it's a glitch or typo.
