Ticket Closed By Gm With No Response

I sent a ticket to Nexon because my character was stuck (and I now know it's because I'm being d/c hacked/locked) and that was 2 days ago. I just checked and my ticket status is now closed by GM. I was hopeful that they would help me (ha good joke) but literally all the GM did was close my ticket and move on with being useless. At least give me a response saying "sorry we're useless and have terrible security, your account is screwed" but no all they do is just close it. I swear you'd think this company would have at least somewhat decent support with all the money they make. So is it normal that I don't have a response? Or is this GM just really rude?

A maintenance/new update will most likely patch a disconnection hack, unless Nexon is unaware of it.

Yep I remember you. That's great you got unstuck! My situation is a bit different though so I'm still here. I'm not actually stuck. Some asshole is DC locking me so I can't log in at all. I'm basically completely screwed since while yes, this maintenance will give me a bit of time before they start again,but even then once I log in there's nothing I can do to prevent it. I would need to block the [b]pack[/b]ag[b]ets[/b] but there is nothing available that can do that. I also have no idea wtf this persons problem is and why they're dcing me... I've done nothing wrong. The only thing I can think of is that I sell everything extremely cheap, but is that really worth locking me out of my character?

one time i sent them a fake ticket saying a 25k NX card gave me 100k nx instead. they responded in 10 minutes, and locked my account for 2 hours.

Long ago there was something like that when you entered to the Sleepywood sauna you got stuck there and couldn't go out because it DC'd you, the solution was this:
- Log in
- As soon as you char is entering the bugged map or place disconnect your internet cable (if you have wireless change it temporaly to cable)
- Get out of the map using using the portals
- Connect internet again.

That used to solve it, hope this works for you.

Oh that's weird. Remember me? I had the same problem? Well they responded this afternoon and fixed it. Now my character is unlocked

How are we supposed to help?
This has to do with Nexon.. resubmit your damn ticket and try again.
What do you want us to do? Tell Nexon about your boohoo-ing?

Please read what I wrote, and what they wrote as well. They are 2 completely unrelated things. The status of mine is "Closed By GM" whereas they are talking about the status of "Report Received". I clearly did not submit a player report. I know you always try to be helpful, but actually read what is written before you help.

Maybe you just suck.
All of my tickets are answered the day of with proper responses from a GM, giving helpful information regarding the issue.
