I'm in the process of making a shadower and i'm wondering whether to settle for the level 100 secondary or do Khanjars drop? If they do drop, what drops them?

khanjars drop from CWKPQ rewards stage
and not only do they have better stats, u can also EE them for an additional 10 all stats
I think regular Khanjars can still be obtained from CWKPQ.
@endurance: But it's still better than a normal secondary base stat
no point in getting a khanjar since you cant upgrade weapon attack
