Need someone to play Ranked queu with LoL

Please, i need someone that at least knows what they're doing like
when to engage, how to counter champs, how to BUY WARDS (even if you're not support)

Please i really hate beign the only one winning he's lane or not feeding

I am silver IV and i do Jungle the most, since that way i help everyone win their lane (wich is sometimes impossible even if i succesfull gank 3 times)
