About the chocolate its only toxic if the amount of chocolate surpasses the limit for a dogs weight/size.
So depending on the size of your dog it can take maybe like a hersheys kiss and be totally fine.
But anyway my mom always feeds my dog weird filipino food and hes been going strong for like 7 years.
On more than one occasion shes also given him chocolate and hes still okay. Like she gave him those gross brownie brittle things (like maybe a fourth or a third of a piece) and he was okay. He also very rarely eats ice cream.
Can't eat grapes either

I have a snoop dog 4 years old and healthy and Ive fed her
steak
pancakes
rice
pasta
french fries
cookie
chicken
bacon
potato
cat food

Yes dogs are able to eat the same food as us, but there are 20 foods that you shouldn't feed them. Also some dogs might have allergies to certian human foods and some could also be picky and not like certain types of human food.

i've given my dog some chips and cereal oh well no more junky food for her, only meats and not that often

do your research. typically, no. it can be too fattening, harmful, all-around bad. stick to dog food or raw meats
