Did you ever visited mexico to drink? Since here it's legal to drink at age of 18 i heard that americans come very often to start drinking at this age and well... did YOU ever do this? if you are coming go to a friends house to drink or be VERY sure to not cause any trouble if the cops get you its gonna be hell o-o, and if you mess with some guys at a club or something most likely they got 5-9 other guys backing them up ( 5% rate of them shooting you later) (I'm from here so it's not racism)
