Edit: well depending on how well the item is scrolled depends on the color, like if it's blue it's eith above average if it's clean, or it's been scrolled with 1 or 2 scrolls, then comes orange if it's 3-4, purple if it's 5-6, then from there i think it's gold, green, then pink but im not sure

Orange-Better than Grey and scrolled
White-Average
Blue-Above average/scrolled
Purple-+15 stats
Gold-+40 stats
Green-better than Gold
Magenta-Perfect/Godly better than Green

I'm not sure but I think the colors are Grey>White>Orange>Blue>Purple>Yellow>Pink>Green.
