I have 255 coins right now and I want to buy as much tempest equips as I can. I was thinking baout buying belts becuase I have enough coins to buy a lot but not that much to buy a huge amount of rings.
I dont think anyone would buy belt, do you mean tempest ring and shoulder?
OT: The price will depend on whether or not Nexon pulls another event giving better reward which will then make tempest ring and shoulder useless. (Tempest ring will still be pretty good just because you can equip 4 rings.)
