DB Mask, Evan Glasses, and Aran Ring?
So I keep hearing people say that for the Jump start event they are going to make these characters just the get those 3 items then quit the characters so they can put the items on their main. Can someone explain how to do so, what level you have to be to get the item, and if the items are from a quest or not; that sort of stuff.

Old Resistance Ring is qualified as the new one. They're around the same stats, I think. You cannot equip any 2 of the rings from the event. (So, no Lillin, Resistance, Explorer Rings being together in any shape or form.) Blood Mask from Dual Blades, Earrings from Cygnus, and Glasses from Evans are all tradable through the account ONCE, then it's untradable forever. They are common items.
higher levels are probably going to make new characters.
so are the blood mask account transferable so that i could were the blood mask on my bucc?

You're wrong, the only one those 1/1 50/50 stats apply to is the Evan glasses even though those numbers may not be correct, the Lilin's Ring 3 is 3/3/3/3 stats with 3/3 Att while there was never a Blood mask, there were different color masks and the highest rank one, white (I think), had 3 weapon attack and a buncha other stats and goodies.
@Above You may wanna explain that's a whole new event. BTW it's not on the official MS site, so how do people know about this event?
Just make a new character. It'll be easier to go from 1-80 than 100-140.
I'm planning on making at least 3 characters for the equips.
Ok so any character level 40 or higher gets the quest for the item(s) in which they have to level up 40 times in order to receive the item? God that sucks for people in their upper levels like my level 100 mech...
First, the db, evan, or aran have to be atleast lvl40. Once lvl40+, they will get a quest that if they get 40 more levels within the limit time ( the event, but not sure how long this is ) they will get the mask, glasses, or ring
