@betaboi101: Yep sounds about right, i didnt know about the 40% boost though <3 and imo phantoms deserve the nerf given to them, for a while they were untouchable compared to any class and now they are receiving a nerf to fix that problem. Still it shouldnt hurt them to much so they should be ok with the nerf

Bowmasters will be fine. Double hurricane makes up for the slower blaster (hits per second wise) and instead of split damage its 65% per line (even for an unfunded bowmaster that is a 390% hurricane like attack <new hurricane damage 300% * .65 * 2 = 390%> with both lines combined given that cap doesn't hinder them either). Final attack will also activate with blaster meaning even more hits per second. And they get a 20 dex, 20 attack, 40% total damage boost as well
Phantoms however get the short end of the stick as they can't steal hypers and can only use the nerfed blaster/ one line hurricane or rapid fire.
Phantoms are finally getting the nerf they deserve. Pretty much they are getting indirect nerfs due to Bowmens Arrow Blaster being nerfed to a 3rd job skill, and Dark Knights Cross Surge being nerfed to 80% instead of 100% Its like Nexon doesnt realize that Bowmen werent already pretty bad...but atleast they got buffed at the same tiem to make up for it.
How can we give you GMS only if GMS copy/pastes from KMS 99% of the time? Just look at orange mushroom blog or something for KMS patches that happened. Then see if GMS received those patches yet or not. We are about 3 months behind KMS. So do the math and you can see what nerfs are coming up.
Phantoms are getting nerfed hard in bossing capabilities. [b]Bowmaster's Arrow Blaster becomes a 3rd job skill[/b], will have reduced damage and only 8 arrows per second will be shot instead of 12. Also, Dark Knight's Cross Over Chain will give +80% damage instead of +100%. Phantoms will have to use skills like Rapid Fire or Hurricane now as their main bossing skill.
