^yeah i started too at 3 now im close to 30 CX, to get multiple link skills you MUST have all the characters on the same world, so if you only got 3 slots in a world, only 3 links youll get, @saww is right nexon gives char slot frquently so just wait little for them or if you are imptient buy them from cashop

My account has been around so long that I've actually forgotten that you only get three character slots at the start. o.o
At least they're given out pretty frequently.

well yes, unless u wait for nexon to give us free character slots which they do very often nowadays.
