Help me Upgrade

Hey Basil, I just came back from a long break and I started playing my BaM again
I looked on the damage range thread and it seems like everyone has really high ranges now
I took a picture of my equips so its easier to see, wondering if you guys could help me upgrade (basically get the most bang for my buck)
I have a budget of 50k nx or so

Also I have a few questions:
1) I'm saving up for the Meister shoulder from the Red Coin shop, is it better than the empress shoulder? Or should I use the coins on the revolution glasses instead?
2) When I read the skill for Finishing Blow, it says that it has 20% PDR and 20% Boss. Is this true? Are these bonus stats included in the stat window (where it says %boss, pdr, etc.) or does it only apply to this skill?
3) I'm assuming that 100% PDR is the max? Should I recube my staff to try to get %boss? I kinda like the %magic attack and total damage though. Also, I dont have a guild so I don't boss alot
