Utilizing human life as a source of energy? That's nonsense. It takes more energy to sustain and create life than you could ever get out of the life. That's the law of conservation of energy. Human beings use most of their energy to sustain their body, and to keep themselves warms. It just wouldn't work. Use the sun. Lol.
By that logic Morales are making it harder to survive as these laws and punishments were created through Morales Also by using humans as an energy source I mean literally using the electric impulses of the brain to charge a battery.
why not murder everyone then, just kill whenever for fun.
Because of the last sentence I said; Killing for amusement is wrong and should not be done; you should just go play GTA or something.
@snovvy Alright I see your point now but Morales contributing to your survivability is very miniscule, also since you seem like a smart person what are your thoughts on harnessing human life as a substance of energy?
I've noticed that most humans, and a huge number of species, share the same "rules of conduct (morals,)" but evolutionary logic implies this is due to a common ancestor.
I don't see how morals can be effected through evolution, 99% of the time evolution happens with things that involve survival, morals are obtained through others and the way you perceive things; although I'm not saying your explanation is incorrect I just don't see it as a major contributor to morals. I'd say the biggest contributor to Morales is religion as it is generally forced upon you as you grow up; and wether you accept or deny these teachings from the religion defines a good portion of your Morales.
the moral law is a objective, people know that murder is evil they just try to justify it in different ways.
hitler knew murder was wrong, he didnt murder his own and had to see the jews as scum to do what he did. terrorists know murder is wrong, they justify it by saying it's god's work.
Murder is evil? From where do you get that assumption? (hypothetically) Lets assume the devil comes to earth in human form and is intent on destroying the world or something- you have the opportunity to kill him; from your stand point that is evil? Murder is not evil in any way. It's how and why you resort to murder that makes it "evil"
100% of misery orginates from joy, just as dark is a perversion of light and evil in a perversion of good.
Good and evil are illusions. Nothing can be truly be good for everyone meaning to some it would be evil, and the same goes for evil. For example: People in America would say that 9/11 is an evil day, however if you ask the people who were responsible for 9/11 it would be a "good" day for them. Nothing is truly good or evil.
Oh really? I can prove what I say to be true; without life you would not know what misery is I.E. without life there is no misery and vice versa- therefore misery originates from life.

That's if you take it personally.
