LHC quests give you MMB for your class when you finish all of them but they're really long... Also Golden Temple gives an MMB for you class, but once again the quest line is long.
Basically any quest that previously gave you mystery mastery books will give you them, such as Neo City. That's the only one that comes to mind right now, but there are a handful of them.

Silent Crusade, Neo Time Travel, Golden Temple, LHC, and Krexel prequests.
Those are the only quests I know from experience that will give a mastery book
I think I did those before they updated it.
