Do I have to be 180 to leave mirror world post-seed?

You can leave Mirror World whenever you please right now. Don't have to be 180.

No. Just means u will be able to gain experience and good stuff MUCH sooner than lvl 180.
You can leave mirror world at level 130 post-seed.
