i would buy it, if you change it to sweet water its gonna be 290 atk ish with another enhancement
Bellocan is underpopulated, so I had to make my perfect raven horn cane for like 8ish bil. It's fine, because I transposed it at one star anyways.
Edit: Forgot to mention that if I had a chance to buy a perfect cane at that price, I would've.
