Are Battle Mages considered weak? Do most people think Battle Mages are weak and supportive type of class? I'm not including those who are hackers (sadly, most of them)
Is Advanced Dark Aura considered a buff? There are plenty of ways to think this through: 1) A buff usually has duration, whereas ADA is toggled on/off. 2) Most classes have passive buffs, while we only have battle mastery and staff mastery, so ADA should count since it's almost a passive buff. 3) Most buffs are dispellable by bosses, but ADA can't be dispelled.
What is the range on your BaM? Mine is 15k-20k with ADA
How much range should I have? Ok, so I'm level 167 and I have around 12k~16k range. I know it's bad and I'm wondering what would be a good range for my level.
If you could replace reaper buff with another skill? I hate reaper buff and I think it's completely useless. I don't know why Nexon cursed this class with such a useless skill </3 But if I could replace it with any skill, I'd go with a skill that's like rush because I find the need to do that. Or if I HAD to have the reaper skill, at least make it %chance when hitting a monster and not killing it.
What class should I be? So I decided to make another class since I'm kinda bored of my BaM. I don't want classes that don't make me feel like I'm playing my BaM all over again. This question is specifically for people who played BattleMages, then something else.
Why did you make your BaM? Tbh, i chose a BaM cuz i thought they were a ranged class at first (lol), i didn't read update notes from KMS at that time. But then when I was around my 4th job, people call me hacker at lhc or when im farming gold teeth with miner zombies. So eventually, i wanna show ppl that some BaMs play the game like it should be.
Battle Mages have plenty of glitches I get frustrated thinking that my favorite class ( no offense to other classes ), has not 1 or 2 glitches, but 4: ABA/BA: Whenever I use (Advanced) Blue Aura while a boss is doing 1/1, it's an instant kill. This glitch is kinda annoying because i do kenta pq with 180+ and getting 5k+dmg! Aura : (must have 2 BaMs in pt). Whenever one BaM uses (Advanced) Dark Aura, and other uses (Advanced) Blue Aura, the second uses Body Boost and gains 1 minute of invincibility with attack boost. Honestly, i like this glitch so this one is NOT annoying. ADC : Whenever I use (Advanced) Dark Chain at monster(s), they come too close and hit me. This glitch isn't that bad since i just tele backwards, but i prefer not to. Hit
